TerranearPMC, LLC (TPMC) was founded in 2002 under the name of Terranear Technologies Group, LLC. In 2004, Terranear merged with PMC Environmental, Inc. and thus TPMC was created.

Since its inception, TPMC has been a technically strong and client focused business. Our early projects included performance based remediation (i.e., GFPR) for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Army ammunition plant site investigation and remediation, environmental emergency response for the U.S. EPA, and environmental management system (EMS) and environmental management information system (EMIS) software integration.

TPMC is a unique small business with a strong nucleus of experienced professionals with more than a 15 year track record of managing large, complex, and high profile projects for Federal agencies such as the Department of Energy (DOE) and Department of Defense (DoD). TPMC delivers a demonstrated ability to successfully compete with the technical and managerial breadth of larger organizations, while providing the personal service of a small business.

In July 2004, TPMC received small disadvantaged business certification from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and entered the SBA's 8(a) business development program.
